W nawiązaniu do informacji prasowej www.logstor.com „Sale of Star Pipe the best solution”
Zarząd STAR PIPE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. wyjaśnia, że opisana transakcja sprzedaży nie dotyczy spółki STAR PIPE POLSKA z siedzibą w Czerwonaku.
Jednocześnie informuję, że polski udziałowiec Spółki – Pan Aleksander Kleczewski posiadający 50 % udziałów w Spółce zawarł umowę kupna pozostałych 50 % udziałów od dotychczasowego udziałowca A/S STAR PIPE z Danii wraz z prawami do znaku towarowego i technologii.
Spółka STAR PIPE POLSKA z siedzibą w Czerwonaku nadal będzie produkowała i sprzedawała wyroby zgodnie z technologią STAR PIPE .

The Management Board of STAR PIPE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. explains, that the transaction described therein does not concern the company STAR PIPE POLSKA with its seat in Czerwonak.
At the same time I’d like to inform, that the Polish shareholder of the Company – Mr. Aleksander Kleczewski owing 50 % of the Company’s shares, concluded the agreement on purchase of the remaining 50 % of shares from the previous shareholder of A/S STAR PIPE of Danmark together with rights to trademark and technology.
The company STAR PIPE POLSKA with its seat in Czerwonak will continue to manufacture and sell products in compliance with STAR PIPE technology.
